Biography Denis Petukhov

Petukhov was raised in Kirov, Russia and began skating at 8 yrs old. He quickly moved up the rankings and achieved two medals at the World Junior Championships competing for Russia. After his partner quit he was left to find his own way, which led him to America in 2000 where he found his current partner and wife. Melissa and Denis met, both without partners
